San Jose Limousines Service Terms and Conditions Policies

*OUR INSURANCE COVERAGE IS $1 & HALF MILLION. WE WORK UNDER SAN JOSE (SJC) AIRPORT, SAN FRANCISCO (SFO) AIRPORT & OAKLAND (OAK) AIRPORT RULES & REGULATIONS AND WORK UNDER PUC GUIDELINES.

*No Shows:

A no show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time, tolls, parking, and gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made.  If you do not see your driver at a certain pick up point do not leave the spot before calling the dispatch room (must call # on your confirmation) we will connect you together. If you leave without calling you will be billed for the full price of the ride. If we do not hear from you, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes at regular pickups and up to 30 (or 60) minutes at inside airport pickups after the scheduled pickup time then call the dispatch room, we will then try to reach you by calling you at your cell phone, your home phone, or your contact person's phone all depending on the nature of the pickup, we will even call your name on the airport intercom paging system incase of an airport pick up. If we do not get a response we will then release the Limo and you will be billed for a No Show which will be the Full Price of the ride. If you authorize the waiting time the driver will wait up to 2 hours. If we do not hear from you after the time frame, we will contact you again if no contact is made you will get billed for the ride plus the waiting time. Therefore a “No Show” fee is equal to the trip cost plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. If you cannot locate your Driver, Please call # on your confirmation to avoid a “No Show” fee.

*Cancellation, For Sedans:

San Jose Limousines gives you to cancel via email or by phone 12 hours before the scheduled pick up time or (must call # on your confirmation) to cancel the Sedan Reservation without any charges. If possible, 24 hours of notice is requested. If you cancel the Limo / Sedan 12 hours or les before your schedule pick-up time you will be charged for the full price of the ride. We ask you inform us of any changes in your schedule in advance so we can avoid unnecessary aggravations. No-Show will be charged at full rate. *Cancellation, For Stretch Limousines, Vans and SUV:

San Jose Limousines RECOMMENDS a minimum of 7 days notice is required for cancellation of all charter arrangements. The Vehicle Hourly Minimum (Most Cases 3 Hours Minimum). If you cancel the Limousine after the 7 Days grace period or cancel on-location you will be charged for the full price of the ride. Renting a stretch limousine by hourly service No charges for the first 15 minutes prior to your last drop off location contract time, will not be made. After 15 minutes you will be charged at our full hourly rate.

*Damages Resulting From Your Act:

San Jose Limousines will charge you (as a client) or (as a passenger) the cost of cleaning the vehicle as result of you or your authorized party Getting Sick in the Car. You also agree and acknowledge paying all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working condition. You could always avoid this fee by asking the driver to pull over safely on the side or in any service area so you can refresh yourself. You also agree to pay for all and any damages TO OUR VEHICLES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOU OR YOUR AUTHORIZED PARTY. REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT OR OTHER THEORIES OF LIABILITY AND ALSO REGARDLESS OF WHETHER San Jose Limousines WAS GIVEN ACTUAL OR CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE THAT DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. Including but not limited to burned seats, any technical or mechanical failure to the equipment inside the vehicle, missing items, or any body damages to the outside of the vehicle during your or your authorized party accommodations. In the event of any physical damage to the San Jose Limousines vehicles caused by Customer or any passenger, there will be a minimum additional charge of $300.00 or more for the repair and/or cleaning of the limousine.  This includes anyone getting sick / (examples: vehicle damages caused from smoking, burns, vomiting, scratches, broken glassware, stains, wrestling in vehicles, kicking windows/mirrors, and etc...) in the limousine.

*Smoking: 

There is no smoking in any San Jose Limousines vehicle. Entire fleet is non-smoking. If during an event or any other Limo service the client needs to smoke, our chauffeurs have been instructed to find a safe area to allow our client to do so. Any passenger found smoking in the vehicle will be asked to extinguish the cigar/cigarette, and Customer will be subject to a $100 charge for each incident. 

*Reservation Method:

Reservations may be booked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Reservations, changes or cancellations may be made by calling our reservation numbers. Toll Free Nationwide 1-800-922-2113 or 408-568-4000 or 408-497-9700. In addition, reservations can be made via fax at 408-223-1200 or viaE- MAIL: info@SanJose-Limo.com. Reservations are accepted up to 24 hours in advance. Less than 24-hour notice is subject to availability. It is suggested that the Customer supplies San Jose Limousine’s toll free number to all traveling passengers.   

*Deposit Policy:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required on reservations for weddings, proms, night on the town, and all hourly charters. A credit card authorization form and liability form is also required before reservations are accepted.

*Payments:

Payment is due at the time of service. Payment may be made by cash, credit card or by a pre-approved private check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover Credit Cards. In addition, Corporate Accounts can be billed on a semimonthly basis. Invoices are due upon receipt

*Special Amenities:

Our professional chauffeurs provide free cold soft drinks, bottled water, and bag of ice and snack items for all travelers. The current days' newspaper is also available in each vehicle.

*San Jose Limousines is not responsible for:

San Jose Limousines is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, mechanical problems, airlines and/or airport problems, automobile accidents caused by others or acts of God. Cash, jewelry, cellar phones and computers Items left in San Jose Limousines vehicles. Loss or damage.

*Language:

Profanity is not tolerated in or around the San Jose Limousines vehicles.

*Max Capacity:  

Drivers are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract. Exceeding the number of passengers is a violation of Ca state law and our insurance guidelines.

*Waiting Time:

No charges for the first 15 minutes at the Departure pick-up. After 15 minutes you will be charged at our full hourly rate.

*Extra Stop:

$15.00 for an extra stop in the same city, within a radius of 5 miles.

*San Jose Limousines Charters Agreement:

All charters require our service agreement to be signed and given to the Limo driver before starting the Limo Service or Fax to (408)223-1200.
