Q. To which areas will you travel?
A. Our San Jose Limousine Service will travel anywhere you want to go!!!

Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Our vehicles run 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Please call the toll free number for more information.

Q. When does the billing for our limousine services start and stop?
A. Charges are accrued beginning at the pick up location and ending at the final drop-off location (in some cases driving time applies. The balance (minus the deposit) should be charged to the customer's credit card or paid to the driver unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Q.What is your minimum hourly limousine rental charters requirement?
A. There is a three hour minimum in most cases such as nights out on the town and weddings. There are exceptions for Airport transfers and most corporate services. Please call us with specific questions regarding hourly minimums. Let us tailor the trip to your needs.

Q. What is your policy about alcohol in the limousine?
A. Clients of legal drinking age (21 in the U.S.) are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages during the voyage. Most of our stretch limos have a bar with fine crystal glasses. Our in-car bars also come equipped with an ice chest and free non-alcoholic beverages.

Q.Can I pay cash for the trip?
A. Cash is always accepted; however we do need to have a credit card on file to hold/secure a reservation.

Q. How do I reserve a limousine?
A. Use the online reservation form or simply call our office with a credit card number. For new customers your credit card will be charged on the date you book your trip. For established accounts in good standing, the trip will be charged once it is complete. If your trip requires a deposit, i.e. proms, weddings, special events, the deposit will be charged the day you book your trip. If you would like to pay by check we still need a credit card number to hold your reservation. All personal check payments must be received 10 days prior to your event. Please contact us for information regarding the establishment of a new corporate account.

Q. Is the gratuity added to the bill and if so, how is it calculated?
A. For your convenience, a 20% minimum gratuity will be added to each luxury limousine services. The gratuity is based on the trip's total price and charged to the deposit, along with the balance due on arrival. Any extra tip may be given directly to your driver, or by calling us at 408-568-4000.

Q. What is the next course of action if someone in my group damages the interior of the Vehicle during the voyage?
A. Unfortunately, our clients must accept financial responsibility for any reckless behavior that results in part of the limousine being damaged. Prior to the trip, our courteous drivers will provide instructions as to proper use of the limousine's lighting, radio/stereo/DVD equipment and interior components including the upholstery. San Jose Limo also reserves the right to charge a fee for any excessive mess or spillage that requires the vehicle to be professionally cleaned.

Q. Is smoking permitted in the limousine?
A. There is no smoking in any San Jose limousine vehicle. Entire fleet is non-smoking. If during an event or any other Limo service the client needs to smoke, our chauffeurs have been instructed to find a safe area to allow our client to do so. Any passenger found smoking in the vehicle/limousine will be asked to extinguish the cigar/cigarette, and Customer will be subject to a $100 charge for each incident.

Q. What do I do if I discover that I have accidentally left something in the limousine?
A. If you have not already called us, we will immediately let you know if someone in your party has left an object of value in the limousine. Please call our support staff at 408-568-4000 to inquire about a lost item.

Q. What items are provided on the limousine and what should we bring with us?
A. We have nice collections of CD's on board the limo, but we recommend that you bring your favorite DVD and CD's with you to listen to your favorite music on board. We have ice and non-alcoholic beverages on board. For passengers over 21 to bring along their favorite alcoholic beverages. Many guests also bring along their cameras to preserve their special memories from their voyage.

Q. What if we have gone over our reservation time but want to keep the party going?
A. No problem! You may continue your limo reservation provided that yours is the last reservation of the day or there are no other reservations that day for that vehicle. Just check with the driver and we will do everything possible to keep the party going.
